How delivery works?
Thank you for choosing to purchase our No-Tie shoelaces! We want to make sure that you receive your order as quickly and safely as possible, so we have developed the following delivery policy:
Order Processing:
Once you have placed an order, we will carefully gather your No-Tie shoelaces and package them for shipping. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your order. If you have ordered multiple items, we will send them out together once all items are ready.
Delivery Options:
We use DHL and DPD for most of our deliveries, ensuring that your order is delivered to you as quickly and securely as possible. Depending on your location, there may be additional courier options available.
Import Fees:
Please note that your country may charge import fees, which will be due upon delivery. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Timeframe:
You can expect your order to arrive within 4-14 business days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that this timeframe may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs delays or weather-related issues.

Shipment Notification:
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your package and stay updated on its progress. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Please be aware that couriers are currently experiencing international delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements, and increased parcel volumes. While we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we appreciate your understanding and patience during these challenging times.

How returns works?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we have developed the following return policy:
If for any reason you are not happy with your No-Tie shoelaces, you may return them to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The item(s) must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund or exchange within 5 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.
