How does Shipping & Delivery works?
Thank you for placing an order! Your No-Tie shoelaces will have your shoes looking great.
Once an order is placed, we will carefully gather your No-Tie and package it. Processing may take up to 72 hours. All items will be sent out together once all items are ready.
We use DHL and DPD for most of our deliveries. Your country may charge import fees which will be due upon delivery.
You can expect your order within 3-10 business days. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours, the system can take a day or so to catch up with your order.
**Coronavirus impact: couriers are experiencing international delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.
When can I expect to receive my The No-Tie package?
We are making every effort and working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure that your No-Tie shoelaces reach you as quickly as possible.

When will my order ship?
Thank you for placing your order. We will process it promptly, carefully gather your No-Tie shoelaces, and then ship it out.
Processing will take 1 to 3 business days, with orders placed after 9am ET being processed the next business day. One of our carriers will then take over and you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships and is on its way!
How Do I Track my Order?
Once we hand over your order to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a "Tracking Number" button.
This button will take you directly to the courier's website where you can track the live updates of your package!
I’m having problems with the tracking.
We apologize for any inconvenience! Please note that the carrier may take 1-2 business days to update the shipment status online. If your tracking number is not updating or not working at all after this period, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to provide more information.
My order was lost, damaged, or missing something!
It's important to remember that sometimes things go wrong, but what matters is how we handle it. If your order has not arrived, or if your package arrived damaged or with missing items, please reach out to us immediately.

Returns & Exchange
How do I place a return or exchange?
If you need to exchange or return your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you wish to exchange or return. We will handle the process for you.
How long does it take to credit my account for refunds?
Refunds to your credit card may take 5-10 business days to show up on your statement.
How long do I have to return my No-Tie?
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned and we are here to help. We offer a 30 day return period for you to make your decision. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our return policy for more information and instructions on how to proceed
How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?
We apologize for any inconvenience. To ensure a smooth return process, please send us a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof of your return. This will allow us to quickly exchange your order or issue a refund.
If you do not have the receipt, we will need to wait until the returned item reaches us before proceeding. Thank you for your understanding.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
If you are receiving a refund for your order, you will receive an email notification confirming the refund has been processed.
It may take 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. If it takes longer than this, we suggest contacting your bank or merchant directly for more information.

What payment types do you offer?
We accept multiple forms of payment, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards that are capable of online transactions.
For added convenience, we also accept PayPal.
Can I use multiple promo codes?
You may only use one promotional code per order. If you have multiple valid The No-Tie promo codes, please select the one that you would like to use the most.
My coupon didn't work!
If your promo code is not working, please check the following:
- Ensure that the code is entered correctly, without any extra spaces or characters.
- Verify that the code has not expired.
- Make sure the code is valid for the specific product you are purchasing.
- Ensure that the code was obtained from a valid source, such as our website banner, social media post, or email promotions.
